Michelle Son is an independent designer in Cape Town. &Son specialises in design through multidisciplinary practices. Starting out in a career in motion graphics, Michelle has also branched out to execute conceptual projects in visual merchandising, installation and creative direction.

Putting emphasis on design-driven creativity, &Son aims to combine strong design with animation to collaborate with clients, from concept to delivery, and to produce work that is diverse, innovative and has some &Son quirks.

Michelle enjoys experimenting with different mediums to create visually engaging installation pieces and interactive experiences. Clients include Nike Sportswear, Adidas, Vida Café and Vice Magazine.
